July 2010 - This regime divides, smears, and demonizes any organization, group or individual in the way. The regime intimidates anybody with different views and manipulates the facts to suit their radical agenda. The regime embraces all the radicals they can find. They are without principles and are driven solely by their radical agenda. The regime has the dysfunctional media in their grasp. Most of what used to be called main stream media is complicit in their collusion and corruption with the regime. And of course there's a lot of cronyism along with the totally hidden agenda to destroy capitalism and install socialism.

June 2010 - The corruption, lies and hypocricy in Washington are un-American and need to stop. We used to be a nation of laws, but we're now a nation of corruption, lies and hypocricy. We need to clean house.

April 2010 - Roll back Obamacare. Roll back the spending. Roll back the taxes.

August 2009 - Healthcare - Any sane responsible businessman would implement changes in a pilot program to test the merits of the idea on a small scale prior to implementing it on a grand scale - that's because they have skin in the game. The government doesn't have this problem - so they just close their eyes and spend our money. If it doesn't work - they'll just do it over at our expense. That's risky, reckless behavior. These politicians and bureaucrats don't have any concept of sound business practices.

When you try to reach your local politician to voice your opinion about an issue, they tell you he's having a town hall meeting. Then they tell you some private group is running the meeting and you need tickets, so you wait outside the building to show your protest. You speak to issues and they attack you personally. These politicians work for us and anybody behaving that way is insubordinate. Insubordination is cause for termination. You ask them something and they laugh at you. It's despicable, arrogant and un-American.

I don't trust the President, I don't believe him or Pelosi, Reid etc. There have been too many lies and the trust is gone. It is all about him and everything he does is political. I don't want socialism, socialized medicine, Marxism. I want capitalism, with private enterprise. The government and politicians can't run anything, for example: the IRS, the DMV, the VA, Amtrak, the Post Office. If you think Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were great, then you'll love ObamaCare.

Everything is being done in a rush and that is producing poor legislation that's flat out wasting our money and getting us in a bigger mess than doing nothing at all. The urgency reminds me of being on a used car lot and the deal is only good today. The debt is ruining the economy and the country. Too many in government don't know the difference between politics and science - hence the global warming nonsense and the Cap & Trade tax. Imagine politicians voting for legislation they haven't read.

The government has the media under a spell, they've hijacked the journalism profession and they're trying to hijack the country.

The Crisis Strategy explained with ACORN, SEIU, Alinsky, Cloward-Piven.

June/July 2009 - Take back America. Join the rest of us at a Tea Party. The politicians are trying to destroy it by overspending and trying to pass legislation without time for any debate, and in some cases without anybody reading the bill before it is voted upon. They're using urgency as an excuse for passing insane legislation. Take back our country while we still can. Call your politicians and voice your opposition to the insanity.

Stop the crazy spending and the tax increases that follow it.

Hold politicians accountable. When they say health care costs are spiraling out of control and then their solution will raise costs by billions of dollars, hold them accountable. If you don't like what they're doing - fire them.

There's a great new site to let you grade members of Congress - GradeGov.com  Would you believe some aren't doing so well?

Enforce Borders & Immigration laws

No more bailouts

No government run health care system

Enough is enough, let's restore sanity to our government. It won't be easy, and it may take a while. This may be a marathon, not a sprint, but it's a start at getting organized.

Think globally, act locally. Get involved with a local group in your area. Network with others in your community and stay informed.

Look for a local event near you. When you decide to participate in a local event, select the community forum (on the left side of this page) nearest you and click on it to go to the forum where many tea parties are listed. If your city is not listed, then look for the nearest big city and try there. Find a group or an activity that is close to you and make plans to attend. Share your ideas online in the forum with those in that community. If you are an event organizer, then post more details as they become available for your event.

If you don't see an activity, then step up and organize one of your own and post the  information on the appropriate community forum so others can join you.

There are a number of sites that have been created to address the issues of government spending, taxes and other issues and they are listed on the right. If you have trouble with one site, then try the next one.

We have the advantage of strength in numbers. At the right there are links to find/contact your elected representatives. Phone them, fax or email them and express your opinion. The Hammer is a site designed to assist you in sending these letters to politicians.

If you see bad behavior by the media, and want to act on it, here are some ideas and media and advertiser contacts: media contacts

There's an interesting documentary out about the 2008 election called Media Malpractice
